The 3 Foot Evil Clown was a light & sound prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2006 to 2008 Halloween seasons. It resembled a sadistic clown with red hair, wearing a grey and black outfit. When activated, the eyes flashed as creepy audio could be heard.
