Acetop International Inc., also known as Acetop Giftware, is a company established in 1990 in Taipei, Taiwan. In 2001, in order to provide their customers with even more competitive prices and better quality of products, they set up their own factory at Jiangxi Province, China. The company has been producing products for Spirit Halloween since 2002.
