The Animated Witch Hat was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2001 Halloween season. It resembled a black witch hat with several star and moon symbols on it. When activated, the tip of the hat would move from side to side.

“There's never been a more fun witch hat than this one! Push the button on the front and watch the top of the hat flop from side to side. The brim is wired to be shaped however you'd like, and the cotton hat features a bright purple band with suns and moons. 3 AA batteries are required to operate (not included).”
