Not to be confused with the 2007 prop Bates Motel Lighted Wall Sign.
The Bates Motel Sign was a light-up prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2023 Halloween season. It resembles the Bates Motel sign from the Psycho franchise. When activated, the large letters on the sign would light-up blue and small letters would light up red.
