The Billy Butcherson Sidestepper is an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2019 and 2022 Halloween season. It resembled the character, Billy Butcherson from the 1993 film Hocus Pocus. When activated, the body turned side to side, as the arms lifted and eyes lit-up as groaning could be heard.
