Spirit Halloween Wikia

Not to be confused with the 2017 animatronic Towering Boogeyman.

The Boogie Man was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2016 Halloween season. It appeared to be a tall man in a suit with bandages covering his entire head. When activated, his head shook and his eye lit up as laughter and sound effects played.

Trivia[]

  • Boogie Man was originally planned for release in 2015 as part of the Spirit Station Z ISE but was canceled and later released in 2016 for the Haunted Hotel ISE.
  • His name, along with Mourning Gory, appeared on the 2015 Tekky Design adapters, indicating that both were initially planned for release that year.
  • The description on Boogie Man’s box contained a minor misprint: the first sentence had a quotation mark at the end but none at the beginning.
  • Boogie Man featured a mechanism that was louder than his audio, similar to that of the Wheelchair Granny.
  • The prototype version of Boogie Man had faster movement.
