Cuddles the Clown was an animatronic sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2020 Halloween season to 2022. It resembles a large-faced clown dressed in a yellow, white, and black jumpsuit, with his arms reaching out holding multiple small clown-like skulls. When activated, his mouth moved and eyes lit-up yellow as he turned back and forth and raised his arms up and down to phrases.

"One evening during a special performance for the local orphanage, Cuddles desperately wanted to cheer up those smiling faces but nothing worked. He did it all, the little tricycle, the balancing act, even the Clown Car – but no laughs. Well poor Cuddles couldn't handle it. He did whatever it took to get a reaction even if it meant chopping up his other clown co-stars to stuff more and more into that tiny car. When it was over, he got a reaction – as the entire audience left screaming in fear!"

- Cuddles the Clown is a hybrid of two animatronics released by Morris Costumes at the 2020 Halloween and Party Expo, the body and mechanism being almost identical to that of the Catacomb Creature, which was also sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2020 Halloween season, and the head and mouth mechanism being almost identical to that of the Underworld Clown, sold by Spirit in select stores for the 2020 Halloween season.
- Cuddles the Clown does not fog, but has been thought to due to an error in Spirit Halloween’s description of him.
- The prototype of Cuddles the Clown was featured in the demo video, with different skulls on each side.
