The Demonic Gatekeeper is an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2024 Halloween season. It resembles a large demonic ghoul wearing a tattered black robe with rips and flames inside, breaking out of the ground. When activated, the ghoul rises up as the head and body light up and the mouth moves to several phrases. A fog machine can be hooked up to the animatronic for added effect.

"Expelled from the Underworld for a minor infraction, The Demonic Gatekeeper was relegated to guarding Hell’s Mouth to keep the dead from rising up. Although it was a punishment, keeping demons and the other riffraff from clawing their way back to earth was a very demanding job. As the pressure of this huge responsibility started to get to him, the Gatekeeper became disgruntled, and even more evil. Now, in addition to “guarding,” if you happen to hear his evil laugh and be in the gaze of his menacing orange glowing eyes, he will rise up and send you down so he can guard you too in your eternal unrest.
The last thing you want on Halloween night is a visit from The Demonic Gatekeeper. When activated, this sinister animatronic speaks four diabolical phrases and raises from 3.5 Ft. to 4.7 Ft. Watch as this demon’s eyes light up with orange LED lights as he laughs evilly at his next victims. And the best part? The Demonic Gatekeeper is compatible with our 400-watt fog machine, taking your hellish landscape to a horrifying new level."
