Dr. Needles was an animatronic that was going to be sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2020 Halloween season. It was considered again for 2021 and 2022, but it was turned down each time for an unknown reason. It resembled a bald scientist wearing a white lab coat, goggles and a mask. The scientist had a black rubber glove with syringes for fingers on his right hand and a saw drill for a left hand. When activated, he turned side to side as the drill spun and the syringes and drill lit-up while an audio track could be heard.

- The 2021 prototype of Dr. Needles was purchased by a haunter/admin in 2023 as part of the finale for the prototype marathon.
- Dr. Needles was still a working name for the animatronic, as it never had an official name.
- YJ Toys and Crafts misspelled it as "Doc Needles" on the shipping box, likely due to rough translation.
- Dr. Needles uses placeholder audio from the Animated Tombstone.
