Not to be confused with the 2006 light & sound prop 3 Foot Evil Clown
The Evil Clown was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2016 Halloween season, with stock still available from 2017 through 2019. It resembled a clown with orange hair wearing a multicolored suit. When activated, the mouth moved and the eyes lit-up as eerie laughter and carnival music could be heard.

- Evil Clown's webpage never featured white background stock photos. However, they were included for the box picture as.
- In the official promotional image for the Evil Clown, the clown can be seen with a balloon, but it was not included when purchased.
- Evil Clown did not include shoes.
- Unlike most animatronics sold by Spirit Halloween, the Evil Clown has a push button built into the side of its arm.
- CVS Pharmacy sold a 3 foot clown that looked similar to the Evil Clown for $29.99. This version featured both a moving head and moving arms instead of a moving jaw, but beyond those additions, it was very similar to Spirit Halloween's animatronic in appearance and audio.
- Evil Clown shares the same audio track as the Creepy Clown Pathway Markers and numerous non-Spirit Halloween animatronics by Pan Asian Creations.
- Evil Clown is based on a costume called “Dammy The Clown.”
