The Evil Skull Fountain was a decoration sold by Spirit Halloween and Spencer Gifts for the 2002 and 2003 Halloween seasons. It resembled a fanged skull with three smaller skulls inside its mouth. When activated, the red eyeball would spin as water or faux blood would be dispersed throughout the skull.
