The Fountain of Evil, also known as the Rat Killer Fountain, was a decoration sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2001 Halloween season. It resembled a reaper standing in a graveyard who was holding a dead rat and a knife that was surrounded by several skulls and rats. When plugged in, fake blood would flow out of the rat’s slit neck.
