The Gothic Vampire Hanging Head was a prop and Hanging Head sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2008 to 2015 Halloween seasons. It resembled a severed female vampire head with pointed eyebrows and ears, long white hair, and a mouth with two sharp fangs in the front.
