The Gruesome Hanging Clown Head was a prop and Hanging Head sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2015 to 2017 Halloween seasons. It resembled a severed clown head that had red and blue makeup on its face with a bright red nose. It appears to have an exposed brain on the top left side of the head.
