The Hanging Black Phantom Ghost was a light & sound prop that was going to be sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2018 Halloween season. However, it was turned down for an unknown reason. It resembled a black ghost with the shape of a human head. When activated, the prop illuminated with a blue/white light and spoke several phrases.

- The prop was listed on eBay in 2021 and purchased by a Haunter.
- A Hanging White Phantom Ghost was made as well.
- The prop was re-listed on eBay in 2023.
