The Hanging Clown Head (2010) was a prop and Hanging Head sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2010 through 2012 Halloween seasons. It resembled the severed head of a clown that had a piece of its tongue sliced off and its brain exposed.
Spirit Halloween’s Description[]
“What's the matter - cat got your tongue? There's sure to be terror at the big top when this gruesome clown pulls his scary pranks. Decorate with this frightful hanging clown head and they'll know you're not clowning around - you mean spooky Halloween business!”
- The hanging clown head decoration is a rubber skin filled with latex sponge for a lifelike feel; it hangs on cotton string with four metal rings attached to the head.

- This prop was going to be remade by Party Time Latex Art And Crafts Factory for an unknown year but was ultimately canceled.
