Not to be confused with the 2010 prop Hanging Clown Head (2010), the 2014 prop Hanging Clown Head (2014), or the 2024 prop Hanging Clown Head (2024).
The Hanging Clown Head (2013) was a prop and Hanging Head sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2013 Halloween season. It resembled the severed head of a crazed clown with green hair that had strings pulling on its lip and eye as well as exposing the back of the scalp.

"Freak out your guests with this Hanging Clown Head. No one will be laughing when they catch a glimpse of this ghoulish rotten teethed, blood drooling clown with crazy blood red eyes.”

Trivia[]
- This is the only known prop to have been made by Easewell Management for Spirit Halloween; their other items were all animatronics.
