The Hanging Head Assortment was an assortment of props and Hanging Heads sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2007 Halloween season. The props resembled the severed heads of a Grim Reaper, a Fanged Vampire Bride, a Clown and a Swamp Zombie. Each head had strands of draping fabric hanging from them.
