The Hanging Shaking Clown is an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween from the 2019 to 2023 Halloween seasons. It resembles a green-haired clown wearing a stripped and polka-dotted outfit with red pom-poms. When activated, it vibrates, as the eyes light-up and speaks phrases.
