The Haunted Girl Treater Greeter was an animatronic that was going to be sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2010 Halloween season. However, it was turned down for an unknown reason. It resembled a woman wearing a black cloak with pale skin and long black hair, holding an orange treat bag with “Munchies” written on it. When activated, the head moved as the eyes lit-up while eerie audio could be heard.

- The only known evidence of Spirit Halloween selling this item is a link on the Wayback Machine and an appearance on the 2010 Spirit website’s “You May Also Like” section. Unfortunately clicking on this link redirects to an error page.
- This item has a similar appearance to the Ghost Girl with Head.
- Grim Reaper and Witch variants of this item were produced.
