The Haunted Hotel, also known as Horror Hotel, was an In-Store Experience created by Spirit Halloween for the 2016 Halloween season. It appears as the lobby of a decrepit Art Deco hotel (late 1920s to early 1930s). It featured a large flickering “HOTEL” sign above the check in desk. Behind the Check in Desk is a rack of room keys in various unlucky numbers. Behind the main sign is a hallway with four elevators, each with a different animatronic. The walls were made to look like stucco with dark wood trim and green wainscoting. Above each elevator was a floor indicator with 13 floors; its hand spun wildly. There was a large chandelier and 2 wall sconces made with yellow glass that flickered.

- Spirit Halloween created a page dedicated to the ISE.
- The two bells on the desk had Try Me Buttons underneath them. One to activate Mourning Gory and the other Rising Reaper of Death.
- The soundtrack that played in the official ISE video was called Haunted Hotel Theme.
- Stores would receive a Floating Ghost Girl with a metal base for the animatronic to be mounted on.
- The Haunted Hotel was referenced in The Reaper's Wharf and Spirit Testing Lab.
