The Illuminated Evil Clown was a light-up prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2007 and 2008 Halloween seasons. It resembled the head of a clown with red hair, blue makeup, and a yellow neck ruffle. When activated, the eyes of the clown lit-up.
