Jack Straw is an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2019 and 2020 Halloween seasons, with stock still available until 2021. It resembles a scarecrow in a sitting position. When activated, he jumps up, while his head and arms move. The eyes light-up, while noises of laughter can be heard.
Spirit Halloween's Description[]
"Farmer Jack hated when people would step foot onto his property without permission. He was always angry, yelling at everyone to stay away and running through his field dressed as a scarecrow to frighten them off. But as he was chasing someone away one night, a demonic figure appeared. It turned Jack into something much more sinister. He now hid in his field and crouched as he waited for an unwanted visitor. When one arrived, he popped up with horrifying screams, chilling laughter, and glowing yellow eyes that never failed to send them running away as fast as they could. Unfortunately, some visitors just weren’t fast enough, and Jack Straw sealed their fate. So if you come across this deadly scarecrow, you better be quick or you might be yet another one of his victims."

Trivia[]
- Jack Straw’s code/item number name was ANIMT 21 in 2019, and ANIM 5221 in 2020.
- Jack Straw features the same animation as the Demonic Dahlia animatronic, but with moving arms and light up eyes.
- There are multiple prototypes of this animatronic. The first is same as the released model except it has red eyes. The other is detailed down below.
- The Jack Straw used in the instruction manual is a prototype. The head features many differences such a lack of a hat, a different eye curve, a smaller mouth, and additional stitches in the mouth.
- In the ISE video for Reaper's Island Village, the audio from Sitting Scarecrow was added instead. Likely due to a mix up when adding the animatronic's audio to the video. The video was later re-edited.
- Some stores had Jack Straw wrongly set up, with the clothing being inside-out or the animatronic being set-up backwards.
- The backstory of Mack Straw reveals that the two are cousins.
