The Life-Size Creepy Crawler, also known as the Crawling Girl, was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2008 and 2009 Halloween seasons. It resembled a zombified girl with long, gray hair, a stitched mouth, and blood on her face wearing a tattered grey outfit, and was crawling on the ground. When activated, the head would turn, as the eyes lit-up and body crawled forward and backwards on the floor. The arms raised up and down as creepy sounds could be heard.

"Is she crawling to get you or get away from something even worse? This lifesize animated Crawling Girl is most likely out to get you, as she twitches, moans and groans through a mouth stitched shut for all time, crawling ever closer and ever more creepily, dragging her lifeless body along the ground."
- Crawling Girl is a full five feet in height, dressed in tattered black and gray garb that suggest an escape from prison, the grave or worse.

- One of the prototypes of the animatronic exists without legs, and with a faster track motion. Also there being another one with purple clothing.
- A prototype of this animatronic exists with blue clothing.
- This item shares the same audio as the prototype version of the Ghost Girl with Head.
- Gemmy produced a Life Size Zombie Woman with the same headsculpt which was sold by other retailers.
- Crawling Girl, along with the Crawling Man and other select Spirit Halloween products, were also available on the QVC website in 2009.
