Not to be confused with the 2015 animatronic Pennywise (2015), the 2019 animatronic Pennywise (2019), or the unreleased 2019 animatronic Life-Sized Animated Pennywise.
The Life-Sized Pennywise was an animatronic that was going to be sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2019 Halloween season however, it was turned down for a different version. It resembled the character Pennywise from the 2017 film adaptation of Steven King’s IT, holding a balloon. When activated, the head turned and the balloon arm raised up and down as the eyes lit-up while phrases from the film could be heard.

- This Pennywise was one of 2 designs that were submitted to Spirit for the 2019 season with the other one being the Morbid Enterprises version. Spirit Halloween however didn’t consider either and designed their own version which Crazy Create manufactured.
- Unlike the released model from other retailers, this version features a base reused from the Life-Sized Animated Santa and was also used on the prototype Life-Sized Freddy Krueger (2019).
- Earlier prototype versions also featured moving eyes and a lighted balloon.
