Lil' Zappy was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2017 Halloween season. It resembled a miniature clown with a menacing grin, green hair, and wearing a multicolored clown suit. It held two green wires protruding out of a red box that read "High Voltage." When activated, the eyes and wires would light-up, while Zappy shook and spoke several phrases.

"Not all clowns are terrifying, but don't trust this little guy! With his twisted grin, wide eyes, and eerily pale skin, Zappy is anything but friendly. Turn him on and watch the wires in his hand come to life while Zappy begins shaking and his eyes light up with electricity! No one will want to go near him when they hear his horrifying laugh and witness the wrath of this high-voltage horror show!"
