Not to be confused with the 2022 animatronic Strawman.
The Looming Strawman was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2018 Halloween season, and was still in stock online in 2019. It resembled a scarecrow with blue pants and a brown shirt. When activated, the mouth moves as he begins to speak, then the arms and body lunge out. As this happens, the eyes light-up.

"This looming strawman puts the scare in scarecrow. You better watch your back when you travel through the cornfields at night. Look into his light-up eyes, and you’ll know where he resides. This lunging scarecrow is out for blood, and when he sees something he wants, he has to have it. If you dare wander through his haunted woods, he’ll lunge toward you and scoop you right up! He’s getting faster, so you better run… QUICK!"
