Magic Power Corp., or Magic Power Ltd, was a Pine Brook New Jersey based company founded in 1989. They created Halloween decorations for Spirit Halloween from 2001 to 2021. As of 2021 the company has gone out of business. They were closely associated with the company Kids of America Corp.
