Miserable Marie was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2020 Halloween season. It resembled a zombified white-haired woman in a floral white and pink blouse. When activated, she thrashed around as her spring loaded mouth moved to zombie-like sounds.

"Marie likes to wash the dishes and listen to the birds. She could hear her husband Pete firing up the buzz saw at the old mill and the chickens clucking outback. Those things are also the reason she didn't hear the Zombies that were accidentally unleashed from the secret government facility climbing up her front porch steps. At least Marie got to hear the birds one last time before they ate her face. Now, she and Pete can be together forever."

- It is revealed in the description that Miserable Marie is married to Punctured Pete, another animatronic released during the 2020 Halloween season.
- Miserable Marie was first believed to be a remake of Mean Ol' Gramps.
- In a setup guide photo of the Reaper's Island Cave, Miserable Marie featured white eyes instead of black, therefore she was a prototype.
- Supposedly her eyes would have lighted up during activation.
