Morbid Enterprises (formerly Morbid Industries) was a company founded in 2003. The company created Halloween decorations for Spirit Halloween from 2005 to 2018. Due to rapidly declining quality in their products and management since 2013, Spirit had decided to drop the company from producing exclusive products for them after the 2016 Halloween season. In May 2020 Morbid Enterprises filed for bankruptcy and subsequently went out of business.
