Psycho Sam was an animatronic sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2009 to 2012 Halloween seasons. It resembled a man with long black hair wearing a straitjacket and a muzzle sitting down. When activated, the body jerked back and forth continuously. An included CD provided audio for the item to be played alongside it.

- The Life-size Animated Psycho Sam is seated, but only for now! He wears white hospital-issue pants, tan slippers and a cream strait-jacket; his face is covered and mouth restrained with a faux leather and metal guard while his long and unkempt hair runs wild.
- Psycho Sam rocks back and forth slowly, talking to you, himself and the voices in his head; a CD soundtrack is included.
