Not to be confused with the 2025 animatronic Sewer Rat.
The Sewer Varmint was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2020 Halloween season. It resembled a two-headed brown rodent with open mouths, sharp teeth, red eyes, and various scars on its body. When activated, its eyes lit up red as its heads turned with growling and squeaking noises. Optional fog could be expelled from its mouths.

"At the end of the summer of ‘89, when the factory finally shut its doors, no one thought twice. They padlocked the gate and walked away, but the rats never got the memo. A quick bath in the leftover toxic ooze and the mutations began. The first attack happened to some kids on the way home from soccer practice. Now, the town lives in fear as the Sewer Varmints are hungry and have a taste for blood!"

Trivia[]
- Sewer Varmint was fog machine compatible. When connected, fog emerged from both mouths of the rodents.
- Sewer Varmint did not come with the required fog activation cord. This was a packaging error and had to be ordered from Dr. Zombie as a result in order for it to function fully.
- Sewer Varmint's head mechanism is the same as the 2015 animatronic Cerberus.
- Prior to Sewer Varmint's release, it was codenamed "BLUEBERRY."
- Sewer Varmint's ANIM number was ANIM 145.
- In the "Something terrifying is coming!" teaser, Sewer Varmint was first believed to be a licensed "The Thing" animatronic.
- This prop has a prototype featured in the prototype marathon.
