The Spider Biter Billy is a prop sold by Spirit Halloween since the 2021 Halloween season. It resembles a zombified baby, wearing tattered periwinkle pajamas with spiders crawling all over him, while eating them.

- Spider Biter Billy is a redesigned version of the original 2019 model that was made by a different company.
- It reuses the same item number, listing, and description from the original model. However, the stock photos did not update with the redesign until 2023.
- Additionally, they gave him the correct plural version of his name, going from the female spelling "Billie" to the male spelling "Billy".
