The Spirit Clown Train was one of the three themes created by Spirit Halloween for the 2013 Halloween season. The front of the theme resembled a giant clown archway that could be walked through underneath. The clown face in the arch had sharp teeth and swirl-filled eyes. The back of the theme resembled two train carts, each with clowns strewn throughout.

Trivia
- The prototype clown archway featured fuzzy hair instead of printed.
- The Demonic Circus Clown, made by Gemmy Industries, was originally planned to be in the place of Wacky Mole, but Wacky Mole was ultimately chosen instead.
- A common theory among Spirit Halloween fans is that the laughter that appears in the soundtrack for this theme and the in-store experience video is that of Jack the Reaper, the current mascot of Spirit Halloween.
- This ISE celebrated the 30-year anniversary of Spirit Halloween.
- The eyes of the clown archway could actually spin in a spiral, however, some stores kept the motor off.
- Several UV Blacklights were positioned overtop Wacky Mole Clown (2013), Thrashing Clown, and Scary Clown Mirror to demonstrate how they glow under black light.
- Some stores would put the animatronic boxes in front of the Train Carts, while others put them to the side of the Carts.
- Stores with smaller versions of this ISE didn't feature Misfortune Teller.
- The Evil Toys Display was themed to match this theme, and was placed behind it in select locations.
- In the official ISE video, the Scary Clown Mirror wasn’t even setup at the store at the time of filming.
