The Standing Rotten Ghoul, or simply Rotten Ghoul was a light & sound prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2008 Halloween season. It resembled a rotting skeletal ghoul wearing a tattered grey cloak. When activated, the ghoul's eyes flashed red as moaning, thunder clapping, and shrieking noises could be heard.

"It's the night of the living dead and they're waiting for you! Complete your catacomb with a lifesize skeleton in tattered garb and illuminated eyes.."

Trivia[]
- You could take this prop off its base to make it a hanging decoration.
- This prop shares strong resemblance to the Standing Haunted Tree Man. Though this prop spans bigger in width and is a few inches shorter.
- The face sculpt was reused from the Sonic Hanging Ghoul and was also used for the Giant Rotten Fiend With Wings.
