The Standing Shrinker Witch, also known as the Head Shrinker Witch was a light & sound prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2009 Halloween season. It resembled a tall, green-skinned witch in green and purple clothing, holding a skull and a broom. When activated, the eyes flashed, as phrases could be heard.

"This one's a real head case! She's six feet tall and fixated on her next head, which may well be yours! Her eyes glow as she seeks her next victim and the slightest sound sets her off - the sound activated witch utters scary cackles and sounds as she lays in wait. Set her by the front door to startle and scare guests!"
- She's six full feet focused on shrinking your head next! This sound activated talking witch has light-up eyes to better see you my dear, and she mouths off at the slightest sound. Dressed in a purple robe with matching witch hat, shes wears a green dress and holds a broom in one hand and a shrunken skull in the other.
