Sunstar Industries is an American distribution and wholesale company founded in 1991. The company has distributed decorations for Spirit Halloween since 1998. They are the sister company of Gemmy Industries, distributing items for Gemmy as well.
Sunstar along with Global Trend Innovations distribute many Aroma items for Spirit Halloween and many other retailers.

- Sunstar is notorious for distributing bootleg versions of other animatronics made by Seasonal Visions International and/or sold by Spirit Halloween.
- Sunstar was sued by Seasons USA at one point.
- Some of Aroma/GTI's molds have been used for other company's products like Paper Magic Group’s Undead Laboratory Technician, which was at first believed to be made by Sunstar.
- Most Sunstar products are actually produced by their sister company Aroma, with Sunstar only acting as a distributor.
