The Twitching Clown was an animatronic sold online by Spirit Halloween for the 2015 and 2016 Halloween seasons, with stock still available until 2018, and returned in select stores for the 2020 Halloween season. It resembled a tall clown in a blue and yellow jumpsuit, that has red hair and large red shoes. When activated, its eyes lit-up yellow and it bobbed around in a circle while laughing maniacally.

- The animatronic's hair was compatible with black light.
- In 2016, instead of receiving a Seasonal Visions sticker box like all Morris Costumes box usually do, Twitching Clown, along with Lunging Haggard Witch and Towering Witch, all received exclusive Spirit Halloween online only sticker boxes.
- This animatronic became Select Store Only during the 2020 Halloween season. This item could be displayed in Reaper's Island Village or Reaper's Island Cave if a store was missing animatronics.
- This prop has a transitional prototype featured in the prototype marathon.
