Wretched Ralphie is a prop sold by Spirit Halloween since the 2022 Halloween season. It resembles a pale baby boy with orange/white eyes, sharp bloody teeth wearing a green shirt and diaper posed in a crouching position holding a bloody rat he previously took a bite out of.
