The Zombie Head Wall Plaque, also known as the Zombie Head Wall Mount was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2013 and 2014 Halloween seasons. It featured a bloody, blank-eyed zombie head displayed on a plaque. When activated, the mouth moved to zombie moans, groans, and grunts.

- The Zombie Head Wall Plaque shares the same audio recording as the Side-Stepping Zombie Gnome.
- A witch variant featuring the same sculpt as the Talking Witch Door Knocker was prototyped but went unreleased.
- An additional werewolf variant could be spotted in the concept art for the Haunted Mansion however it is unknown if that version reached the prototype stage.
